Acne – Level 1

Morning

1. Cleanse

Gentle Antioxidant Cleanser: Gently massage a moderate amount into wet skin, then rinse well.

2. Treat

Medicated Acne Rinse: Gently massage a moderate amount into wet skin, then rinse well. Warning: May bleach fabrics.

Medicated Acne Gel: Gently apply a thin layer to the entire affected area. Use one to three times per week, working up to every morning as tolerated. Warning: May bleach fabrics. 

3. Moisturize

Sensitive Skin Cream: Apply generously to moisturize the skin, paying close attention to sensitive areas.

4. Protect

Elta MD Sport, SPF 50: Apply generously to sun-exposed areas, including the face, neck, shoulders, and arms, as needed. Rub into the skin to maximize absorption.

Evening

1. Cleanse

Acne – Level 2

Morning

3. Moisturize

Sensitive Skin Cream: Apply generously to moisturize the skin, paying close attention to sensitive areas.

4. Protect

Elta MD Sport, SPF 50: Apply generously to sun-exposed areas, including the face, neck, shoulders, and arms, as needed. Rub into the skin to maximize absorption.

Evening

Advanced Retinol Serum (Mon, Wed, Fri): Gently massage 3-4 pumps into the face, avoiding the eye area. Use one to three times per week, working up to three nights per week as tolerated. Do not use if you are pregnant. 

3. Moisturize

Sensitive Skin Cream: Apply generously to moisturize the skin, paying close attention to sensitive areas.

Acne – Level 3

Morning

1. Cleanse

Medicated Acne Cleanser: Gently massage a moderate amount into wet skin, then rinse well.

2. Treat

Medicated Acne Pads: Use a pad to gently wipe the entire affected area in the morning and after exercise. Decrease use in case of irritation.

3. Moisturize

Sensitive Skin Cream: Apply generously to moisturize the skin, paying close attention to sensitive areas.

4. Protect

Elta MD Sport, SPF 50: Apply generously to sun-exposed areas, including the face, neck, shoulders, and arms, as needed. Rub into the skin to maximize absorption.

Evening

Retinoic Cream 0.1% (Mon, Wed Fri): Avoiding the eye area, gently apply a pea-sized amount to the entire face. Use one to three times per week, working up to three nights per week as tolerated. Do not use if you are pregnant.

Sensitive Skin Care, Rosacea, Periorificial Dermatitis – Level 1

Morning

Glyhydrate Cleanser: Apply a moderate amount to wet skin, massage gently, then rinse well.

2. Enhance

Vitamin C & E Serum: Gently massage 3-4 drops into the entire face.

3. Moisturize

Glyhydrate Cleanser: Apply a moderate amount to wet skin, massage gently, then rinse well.

2. Treat

Skin Tone Pads: Gently wipe the affected area using both sides of the pad. Do not use if you are pregnant. 

3. Moisturize

Sensitive Skin Cream: Apply generously to moisturize the skin, paying close attention to sensitive areas.

4. Protect

Elta MD Sport, SPF 50: Apply generously to sun-exposed areas, including the face, neck, shoulders, and arms, as needed. Rub into the skin to maximize absorption.

Evening
